In Preparation for Your Appointment:

Please call the member services number on the back of your insurance card to ensure your policy is in-network with SkinDC. We are not always able to confirm what type of policy you have by looking at your card. It is important that you confirm with your insurance that SkinDC (or the provider you are scheduled with) is in-network with your insurance policy to ensure your visit will be covered.

For example, even though we accept BCBS, your policy may not be in-network with SkinDC and you may be subject to higher fees or not covered at all. We highly recommend you determine this information prior to your appointment since we will not have confirmation until after we submit your claim.
