Arlington Avéli
Transform Your Body
SkinDC is one of the first practices to offer Avéli™, the newest cellulite treatment on the market. In a single procedure at our Arlington office, we can deliver visibly smoother skin for a wide range of patients with cellulite dimples.
What Is Aveli?
Avéli™ is a new procedure that recognizes the complex underlying structural cause of cellulite dimples — bands called “septa” that pull down on the dermis.
Avéli™ releases the culprit septa and allows our doctors to confirm the release in real-time, removing the guesswork!
How Avéli Works at SkinDC
Avéli offers a one-time treatment that delivers long-lasting results! Our trained Avéli team ensures that the treatment is customized to your needs, focusing on areas of concern. Our Avéli provider releases the bands beneath the skin responsible for cellulite dimples on the buttocks and thighs.
What sets Avéli apart is that unlike many treatments that address cellulite from the outside-in without precision. Avéli is the only minimally invasive procedure that uses a hand-held device, guided by an expertly trained provider, to target and release the septa bands causing cellulite from the inside-out.
During the procedure, your provider guides the device under the skin directly to the targeted dimples. After your provider identifies the culprit septa bands causing a dimple, those septa are precisely released. Your provider can confirm their release in real-time, delivering visibly smoother skin and a lasting result.

What to Expect During Recovery
Before your Avéli treatment, you’ll receive comprehensive instructions to prepare for the procedure, ensuring a smooth and successful experience. Avéli is relatively quick, and the duration depends on the extent of the areas being treated.
The most common side effects reported were mild pain within the first 24 hours and bruising and tenderness to the touch.
The Avéli procedure should be visible once swelling and bruising subsides. By one month post-procedure you should see the effects of the procedure.
